Fluoroglycofen has a melting point of 65–66.5°C, a vapor pressure of 0.533 × 10⁻⁴ Pa (25°C), is slightly soluble in water (70 mg/L at 25°C), and readily dissolves in organic solvents.
Fluorochloridone can be used as a pre-emergence herbicide to control annual narrow-leaf and broadleaf weeds.
