The pure product appears as white crystals. Its melting point is 40–41°C, with a vapor pressure of 0.166 × 10⁻³ Pa (20°C). The boiling point is 155°C at 2.67 Pa. It is readily soluble in various organic solvents such as acetone, methanol, ethanol, cyclohexanone, and xylene, but is insoluble in water. The compound is stable under heat and acidic conditions, though slightly unstable in light and alkaline environments. When stored at 40°C for one month, it remains chemically unchanged.
The new acaricide is effective against mites at all developmental stages, particularly more so against eggs.
